SAMLoans was established as Strategic Alliance Mortgages in 1999 specifically to service brokers and other finance professionals.

Over time we affectionately became known as SAM in the industry and in 2006 it was decided to officially acknowledge our shortened name when Strategic Alliance Mortgages evolved to become SAMLoans.

As a specialised, multi-tiered service provider to the mortgage broking industry, SAMLoans presents a unique alternative for brokers.

We support brokers through our role as a mortgage manager, in addition to our wide range of individually tailored mortgages and other loan types, we also offer complete back office facilities.

SAMLoans recognises that no two brokers are the same, and that each one has differing needs to that of your competitors. We therefore allow for total flexibility in designing the most comprehensive package to suit the needs of each broker.
